Pay Range: $80
What's the Job?- Lead and coordinate organizational change management efforts across multiple projects and teams.
- Develop and implement communication strategies, materials, and content to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement.
- Establish governance frameworks and oversee sponsor coalition activities to support project success.
- Manage integration of key programs, including PKI and OCM Roadmap execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
- Generate and distribute applicable metrics to monitor progress and inform decision-making processes.
- 7+ years of experience at the program level, with a proven track record in organizational change management.
- Certifications in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and experience with data protection, certificates, or cryptography are highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to navigate and influence diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Experience managing large-scale programs with a focus on governance, metrics, and strategic alignment.
