Primary Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary community standards coordinator in the Community Standards Process dealing with potential violations of the Community Standards in the University Policy Handbook.
  • Regularly meets with students as part of the Community Standards Process.
  • Maintains conduct files and database(s) on all cases, tracks sanctions and follow‑up action, and prepares conduct reports.
  • Assists in teaching and/or developing various classes through educational offerings.
  • Collaborates with Residence Life staff and acts as a liaison to Public Safety and other departments as needed.
  • Assists with other duties as assigned.
Equipment Used and Responsibility

MS Office Suite; familiar with or able to quickly learn University computer systems.

Supervisory Responsibilities

May oversee student workers.

Experience & Education
  • Minimum one year of directly related work experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
