Job Title: Project Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 remote)

Pay Rate: Up to $30.36/hr

Duration: 6 months

Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:30pm

Position Overview

Seeking a Grant Project Specialist to support the administration of grants and community-based programs benefiting veterans and their families in Arizona. Responsibilities include managing grant applications, ensuring compliance, processing funding requests, and collaborating with agency staff and partners on grant opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience in grants
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Workspace
  • Local to Phoenix, able to interview in person and start within 2 weeks
