We invite you to join our Industrial Property Management team in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for assigned retail properties. The PM maximizes NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Key responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, leasing support, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting.

As the PM, you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to clients while managing an industrial portfolio. Responsibilities include client and tenant satisfaction, budgeting, financial reporting, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, staff development, and communication with building owners and tenants.

What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience, including recent experience in office, retail, industrial, or healthcare.
- Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other related financial reports.
- Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration.
- AZ Real Estate License required within 180 days.
- Experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI.
- Relationship building with all organizational levels and external clients.
- Technology mindset, proficiency with technology tools, and continuous learning.
