Talent Partnerships Manager

We’re looking for a Talent Partnerships Manager who brings strong industry knowledge, a relationship‑driven mindset, and a thoughtful approach to helping companies achieve both their long‑term and short‑term staffing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with brands and organizations where our staffing solutions can add meaningful value.
  • Engage with prospective and existing partners to understand their workforce needs, hiring challenges, and long‑term talent objectives.
  • Position the firm as a trusted staffing advisor by recommending thoughtful, customized talent solutions aligned with each partner’s goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure alignment between client needs, market conditions, and talent delivery.
  • Stay informed on industry trends within fashion, beauty, and luxury retail to anticipate staffing needs and proactively support partners.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand awareness of our capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in beauty, CPG, or luxury retail; recruiting industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long‑term, trust‑based client relationships.
  • Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Curious, consultative mindset with a genuine interest in understanding client needs and evolving staffing strategies.
