We’re seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead multiple productivity-focused initiatives and support Category Managers in delivering strategic outcomes. In this role, you’ll take ownership of project execution—ensuring alignment with business goals while delivering results on time and within budget.

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Oversee scope, cost, and schedule for Category Manager deliverables
• Prepare and present project status updates to senior leadership
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to drive alignment and resolve issues
• Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement effective solutions
• Contribute to moderately complex project activities, applying independent judgment
• Support strategic initiatives by ensuring consistent execution and progress tracking

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification
• Experience supporting category management, procurement, or productivity initiatives
• Familiarity with reporting tools and project tracking systems
• Ability to present to and influence senior leadership stakeholders

• Proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on results
• Comfortable working in dynamic, changing environments

Pay Details: $80.00 per hour
