The VP, Global Grid Modeling is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing Energy Exemplar’s global data strategy across electricity, gas, hydrogen, and emerging energy markets. This role leads a distributed, high‑performing team of data, modelling, and analytics professionals, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, simulation‑ready datasets that power PLEXOS and support critical decision‑making across the global energy ecosystem. Reporting to the executive leadership team, the VP combines strategic vision with deep domain expertise to drive innovation, scalability, and consistency across regional data functions.

The role is instrumental in aligning data initiatives with product development, insights, and go‑to‑market strategies, while ensuring global standards, governance, and operational excellence. The VP will act as a thought leader within the industry, positioning Energy Exemplar at the forefront of energy data, modelling, and analytics, while enabling customers to navigate the complexities of the energy transition with confidence.

• Define and lead the global data and insights strategy, aligning regional execution with company‑wide priorities and long‑term growth objectives.
• Build, lead, and inspire a global organisation of data, modelling, and analytics professionals across multiple regions.
