Who We’re Looking ForThe Regional Manager is both a multi-unit operator and a community builder. You’ll oversee the daily performance of multiple studios across your region, elevate the member experience at every location, drive revenue growth, and cultivate a consistent culture built around the RESET Standard.
This role blends sales, hospitality, and multi-unit leadership — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can develop and hold accountable multiple teams simultaneously, and leads with both heart and results.

This role requires ownership n challenges arise across multiple locations, we don’t make excuses or wait for someone else to solve them. We expect our Regional Manager to bring solutions, recommendations, and action plans not just problems.
This is also a sales leadership role. If you’re uncomfortable coaching teams on membership conversations, reviewing lead pipelines, driving referral culture, or holding studios accountable to revenue targets, this position will not be enjoyable for you.

- Oversee day-to-day operations across a growing portfolio of RESET studios
- Conduct regular studio visits and operational audits to ensure RESET Standard compliance
- Identify performance gaps across locations and implement corrective action plans
- Manage scheduling, supplies, systems, and operational consistency across all studios
- Ensure modality readiness, cleanliness, and safety protocols are maintained at every location
- Maintain accurate reporting and KPI tracking across the region
- Collaborate with ownership to pilot improvements and scale what works
