Electrical Project Executive

Goliath Construction Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading electrical contractor seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee multiple large-scale electrical construction projects in the Phoenix market.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on developing Project Managers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring successful project delivery. You'll oversee a portfolio of complex electrical projects across healthcare, manufacturing, commercial, and mission critical/data center markets while mentoring Project Managers responsible for $5M–$15M+ projects.

• Provide executive oversight for multiple electrical construction projects
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams
• Drive project financial performance, forecasting, and operational success
• Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships
• Partner with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Electrical contracting background required
• Experience delivering healthcare, manufacturing, commercial, and data center projects
• Proven success managing and mentoring Project Managers overseeing $5M–$15M+ projects
• Strong project ownership mindset and jobsite leadership skills
