As the People Business Partner for CP Skin Health, you will be the lead HR presence and a key leadership team member at our Distribution Center. This is a hands‑on role where you will balance daily HR operations with big-picture staffing and retention strategies. You will partner directly with DC managers and warehouse employees to resolve employee relations issues, ensure policy compliance, and build a positive, productive culture on the floor.

The right candidate isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to tackle day‑to‑day warehouse HR needs while keeping us aligned with employment laws and company growth goals.

This role is on-site at the Distribution Center 4 days per week, and at the Corporate Office in Scottsdale, AZ, 1 day per week. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to effectively support our frontline teams.

• Leadership Coaching & Performance:
  Advise and train floor supervisors and managers on effective leadership. Guide them through performance management, corrective actions, proper documentation, and handling difficult conversations.
• Strategic Staffing & Contingent Labor:
