Working directly with an independent Owner/Operator, Team Leaders gain hands-on leadership experience while leading daily operations, developing team members, maintaining high standards, and ensuring excellence in hospitality, service, and food quality. TEAM LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Team Leader, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for both our guests and team members. You will provide hands-on leadership during daily operations while helping our team grow, maintain high standards, and deliver genuine hospitality.

• Provide hands-on leadership, direction, and support during daily operations.
• Lead by example in operational excellence, food safety, and customer service.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to build confidence, consistency, and proficiency in their roles.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A’s hospitality standards by fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Ensure team members follow all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
• Take initiative in resolving operational challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
