Ideal candidates will reside in Northern California, Los Angeles, or the Central Valley. This role supports the Western U.S. and requires regional travel throughout California, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon.

You'll drive operational excellence, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and lead innovative strategies that fuel sustainable growth, safety, and service delivery at scale all while empowering teams and creating measurable results.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Develops, establishes and approves long-term vision and strategy for the area managed. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of direct and / or indirect reports.

The scope of responsibility includes the entire organization and / or selected line of business / business entity.

Pay Range: $171870 per year - $222420 per year Incentive Eligibility:
Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
