- Lead the Design Control Excellence US Subchapter
- Ensure the delivery of process support activities in alignment with stakeholders
- Organize work packages within assigned timelines, budgets, and resources
- Manage project-related interactions with R&D Networks and other global and local functions
- Drive efforts to gain efficiency within development projects
- Identify, communicate, manage, and escalate project issues and risks in a timely manner
- Design and optimize team members’ personal professional journeys
- Coach direct reports and collaborate closely with global peers
- Hire and train new staff and ensure state-of-the-art technical know-how
- Lead process enhancement activities
- Integrate organizational change management activities
- Bachelor's degree in natural or engineering sciences or a similar discipline
- At least 8 years of industry experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a diagnostics development environment
- Proven track record of successful line management experience
- Deep experience in Diagnostics product development activities
- Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems
- Broad knowledge of R&D and related processes
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
- Good balance between compliance, efficiency, and risk-taking
- Ability to strategically navigate a changing organization
- Respect for differences of opinion, fairness, open communication, and consensus-building skills
Demonstrates expertise in Diagnostics Product Development and Quality Management Systems, with a strong focus on process enhancement and organizational change management. Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and navigate complex stakeholder environments effectively.
