Program Manager, Enterprise Marketing

• Manage multiple programs comprised of related initiatives and work streams within the business unit
• Develop and maintain integrated marketing plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Provide leadership with end-to-end visibility into program status, risks, issues, and interdependencies
• Apply PMO standards, frameworks, and governance practices
• Support intake, prioritization, and capacity planning with leadership and functional teams
• Define scope of work and projected hours to inform resource planning and capacity for the Heart Haus in-house agency
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across key stakeholders
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; escalation issues with options and recommendations
• Partner with Program Management peers on roles, responsibilities, and handoffs
• Use program and portfolio management tools to drive transparency and accountability
• Capture learnings and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and ways of working

• 5+ years of experience in program management, PMO, project management, or operational roles within a complex organization
• Experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies
• Experience supporting enterprise marketing, creative, digital, or business strategy organizations
• Proficiency in workflow tools and technology, including Workfront
• Strong understanding of PMO principles, governance models, and portfolio management practices
• Ability to influence and drive alignment in highly matrixed environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments preferred
• Familiarity with Workfront or similar program and portfolio management platforms preferred
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience) required

Demonstrates expertise in program management and PMO practices, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and resource planning. Proficient in using program management tools to enhance transparency and accountability within complex organizational structures.
