Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver medium to large-scale projects from initiation through completion. This individual will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives.

Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to leadership and stakeholders.

Facilitate meetings, drive decision-making, and resolve issues that may impact project success.

Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance requirements are maintained.

Monitor project performance and implement process improvements where appropriate.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment between business needs and project outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, Utility Management, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and project management experience will also be considered.

Minimum of 8 years of project management experience managing complex projects and programs.

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Proven experience defining and managing project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and project teams.
