• 50+ year old full-service mechanical contractor and recognized industry leader across the MEP industry
• Specializes in preconstruction, design-build, energy, automation, fabrication, and facility services for commercial and industrial clients
• Known for solving the region's most complex mechanical challenges with a culture built on craftsmanship, accountability, and collaboration

• Lead estimates, project scoping, proposals, and full execution on fast-track mechanical construction projects
• Manage budgets, track labor and material costs, forecast profitability, and negotiate change orders
• Oversee subcontract and major equipment buyout, expediting, and delivery tracking
• Collaborate with engineering, VCS, fabrication, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Train, mentor, and supervise Project Engineers and Project Coordinators
• Support business development and maintain strong client relationships

• 5+ years of mechanical project management experience required
• 3+ years managing PMs and PEs
• Construction Management or Engineering degree desired
• Basic HVAC and plumbing engineering knowledge
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Smartsheet or BIM
