Chief Development Officer for Banner Health's Neurosciences
The Chief Development Officer for Banner Health's Neurosciences offers a seasoned and highly accomplished fundraising executive an extraordinary opportunity to build and lead a philanthropic program with national and international impact. This is a chance to work at the intersection of world-class medicine, groundbreaking research, and transformational philanthropy.
The next Chief Development Officer will partner closely with internationally recognized physicians, researchers and clinical leaders to develop and execute a bold philanthropic strategy spanning neurology, neurosurgery, spine care, clinical research and other areas of neuroscience including Alzheimer's.
This leader will engage individuals, families and organizations with the capacity and vision to make transformational philanthropic investments, connecting donors to visionary leaders and high-impact opportunities to inspire extraordinary generosity and secure investments that advance innovation, accelerate discovery and elevate patient care. Beyond securing philanthropic support, the Chief Development Officer will build the fundraising infrastructure, donor community and pipeline needed to accelerate the program's growth, while fostering a powerful culture of philanthropy and aligning the aspirations of visionary donors with initiatives capable of changing the trajectory of healthcare.
For a recognized development professional with the ambition, sophistication and relationship-building skills to operate at the highest level of philanthropy, this is a rare opportunity to build something truly consequential, creating lasting change throughout Banner Health, improving the lives of patients, families and communities across Arizona, the region and beyond.
This is a career defining opportunity to help build the future of neuroscience and shape a healthier future for the communities we serve.
