The Opportunity

As a VP, you will serve as the backbone of client success, overseeing a portfolio of 40-50 communities and leading a dedicated team of 8-10 Community Managers
. You will move beyond day-to-day tasks to guide your team through complex financial, legal, and large-scale maintenance challenges.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Proven Expertise

    At least 5 years of experience in the seat as a Community Manager.
  • Leadership Pedigree

    Experience managing large-scale master-planned communities or supervising a staff of 5-10 people is highly preferred.
  • Strategic Mindset
    :
    Deep knowledge of HOA governing documents, state/federal laws, and financial analysis.
  • Tech-Forward Approach
    :
    You embrace modern systems and software to drive results - no "old school" paper-based workflows here.
  • Dynamic Communication
    :
    You are well-spoken and confident when presenting to Boards of Directors or troubleshooting high-stakes issues.
