Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Commercial Landscape Account Manager with a minimum of three years of experience to manage a portfolio of commercial properties. This role serves as the strategic partner to Property Managers and Asset Managers, ensuring landscapes are safe, visually appealing, compliant, and maintained within budget.
This position requires a balance of relationship management, horticultural expertise, sales execution, and administrative precision. The Account Manager operates comfortably in both corporate environments (client meetings, networking events) and field settings (site audits, flagging, quality control), while maintaining accurate data and pipelines in ASPIRE software program.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management & Retention- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Property Managers
- Build long-term client relationships through regular engagement, including site meetings, business lunches, and client appreciation efforts
- Represent the company at industry banquets, award ceremonies, and networking events to strengthen brand presence
- Proactively communicate site issues, service concerns, and resolutions with transparency and urgency
- Propose, track, and secure approval for annual budgeted items, including hardwood pruning, seasonal flowers, winter over seeding, and olive spraying
- Identify enhancement opportunities and manage the full project lifecycle: planning, site flagging, execution review, and accurate invoicing
- Utilize Property Intel and Maricopa County Assessor maps to create accurate enhancement maps and proposals
- Maintain active sales pipelines in ASPIRE for divisional opportunities such as, irrigation, enhancements, tree trimming, chemical applications & storm damage services
- Confirm completed work and assist with invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Conduct regular “walk and review” site audits to identify maintenance deficiencies, safety hazards, and sales opportunities
- Assess irrigation system performance, report malfunctions, prepare Irrigation Assessment proposals, and invoice completed work
- Perform immediate post-storm property assessments and propose cleanup or replacement services as needed
- Support operations with material purchasing, deliveries, and occasional installation of warranty plants or small seasonal flower quantities
