About the Role:
A to Z Tree and Turf LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Residential Landscape Project Manager to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential landscape projects from initial planning through final installation and client walkthrough
- Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment scheduling to ensure on-time project delivery
- Communicate directly with homeowners to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction
- Review project scopes, budgets, and timelines to maintain profitability and efficiency
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality control and adherence to design plans
- Source and manage materials, plants, and supplies in coordination with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in residential landscaping, horticulture, or a related field
- Proven project management experience overseeing multiple jobs simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of desert-adapted plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trucks and trailers preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
