Position Overview:
Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of commercial properties. The Project Manager oversees and manages all Master Corp Commercial Services (MCS) operations at the site and will be responsible for the daily interaction with the Client. The Project Manager will be exclusively assigned to one client encompassing several sites.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee and manage the site's payroll.
- Responsible for and/or assist with HR type duties; including but not limited to application distribution, onboarding, and injury reporting.
- Maintain/manage budgets for the site, i.e. providing all necessary labor reports and any other pertinent data as it relates to payroll.
- Ensure all necessary supplies and tools are available to associates, i.e. lighting inventories, startups, miscellaneous supplies/equipment.
- Manage monthly supplies ordering ensuring budget is maintained.
- Conduct weekly site walk throughs with Facilities Team/Client using Cleanteligent Software program.
- Generate reports from data collected in Cleanteligent.
- Attend client meetings as set forth by client.
- Oversee and manage work orders through Clients preferred software program.
- Submit to MCS office daily reports updating as to status of site.
Experience and
Education Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in field directly related to position or a combination of equivalent education and work experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in janitorial field.
- Minimum two years of progressive management responsibility.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, site staff, and Master Corp employees by written and verbal means.
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize and delegate as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work irregular hours including weekends and after hours.
