The Program Monitoring Supervisor at the Arizona Department of Economic Security's Division of Developmental Disabilities supervises professional staff who monitor compliance at residential and service settings for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves direct supervision, training, field reviews, and ensuring federal and state requirements are met. The position is based in Phoenix and reports to the Monitoring Manager.
Key qualifications:- 2 years experience working with vulnerable populations (developmental disabilities, geriatric, behavioral health, etc.) and at least 1 year of direct supervisory experience
- Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and DDD policies and procedures
- Skills in assessing, analyzing data, problem-solving, and leading a team
- Valid class-appropriate driver's license and ability to drive to licensed facilities
- Valid Level One fingerprint clearance card for work with vulnerable adults
- Experience using databases and spreadsheets is desirable
