  • Advise the President & CEO and leadership team on financial planning, growth, and operations.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, treasury, liquidity, cash flow, and multi-year financial strategy.
  • Deliver actionable analysis and present critical matters to the Boards and Board committees.
  • Strengthen controls, compliance, audit readiness, and systems across 501(c)(6) and 501(c)(3) entities.
  • Oversee HR, culture, performance management, key partners, and the finance and talent teams.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA, CPA, or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of senior finance and/or operations leadership experience.
  • Expertise in financial strategy, treasury, GAAP, controls, and operational leadership.
  • Nonprofit, association, or professional-services experience preferred; 501(c)(6)/501(c)(3) experience is especially valuable.
  • Strong judgment, communication, Board presentation skills, and an action-oriented style.
Why This Role

You will have a seat at the leadership table, a close partnership with the President & CEO, direct Board exposure, and a chance to make a visible difference across Greater Phoenix. The ideal leader is financially disciplined, growth-oriented, hands‑on, and motivated by mission as well as results.
