• Lead and manage multiple aerospace and defense programs from contract award through end‑item delivery, ensuring successful execution aligned with customer and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary customer interface and single point of accountability for all program‑related activities.
• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including critical milestones, forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Owns program financial performance, including budgets, labor and material forecasts, Estimates at Completion, Estimates to Complete, variance analysis, margin performance, and recovery plans.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance to achieve program objectives.
• Prepare and present program status, financial performance, risks, and recovery plans to customers and senior leadership.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, fact‑finding, negotiations, and development of new and follow‑on business opportunities.
• Coordinate and lead customer visits, program reviews, executive briefings, and internal management reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes and execution.
• Mentor Program Managers and Associate Program Managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and integrity.

The Staff Program Manager is required to have a high level of financial acumen and business management skills necessary to successfully plan and execute new and ongoing programs within the constraints of scope, schedule and budget. This includes the identification of critical milestones and the insertion of adequate slack in the program schedules to accommodate unplanned events. The Staff Program Manager will prepare the appropriate materials and report to management on the status of assigned programs at monthly program management reviews.
