What Makes This Role Great:

As Operations Manager, you will hold a pivotal leadership seat directly influencing the production of modernized GPS receivers essential to global security. You will shape operational strategy across TMAS, driving Lean and Six Sigma transformations while overseeing an end-to-end operational framework—spanning planning, procurement, production, order administration, warehousing, revenue execution, and service. You will be supported by a highly experienced, dedicated team ready to help execute your vision and scale our supply chain for U.S. and international defense partners.

Mentor and empower a cross-functional operations team within a safe, inclusive, and entrepreneurial workplace culture.

Essential

Skills & Experience:

8+ Years of Progressive Leadership:
Proven track record managing operations budgets, revenue targets, purchasing, supply chain, inventory, shipping, and warehousing in a tech hardware manufacturing environment.

Quality Management Standards:
Hands-on experience managing and navigating AS9100 or ISO 9001 certified environments.

Team Building & Talent Development:
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in hiring, training, and inspiring cross-functional operational teams.

Security Requirements:
Active U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
