Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you'll be one of Elysium's most senior medical leaders, providing strategic, professional and clinical leadership across the division. As the senior medical voice, you'll influence organisational strategy, shape future models of care and drive the highest standards of clinical excellence, governance and patient safety.

You'll bring a track record of leading complex healthcare services, improving quality and performance, delivering transformation and building high-performing multidisciplinary teams. Provide visible and influential medical leadership across the division, shaping strategy, advising senior leaders and ensuring clinical excellence remains at the heart of decision‑making. Lead a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement across the division. You'll provide oversight of clinical governance, regulatory compliance and patient safety, ensuring services consistently deliver outstanding standards of care and achieve positive outcomes for service users.

Lead the development of a high‑performing, engaged and future‑focused medical workforce. You'll drive workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning and professional development, while fostering a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration and leadership.

Work in partnership with operational and clinical leaders to deliver safe, effective and sustainable services. You'll use clinical insight and performance data to improve outcomes, optimise resources and support the effective delivery of divisional objectives.
