We are partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed manufacturing company scaling rapidly across mission-critical climate and air-treatment systems. Manufacturing capacity is expanding, capital is in place, and leadership is investing ahead of growth.

We’re seeking a Senior Director of Manufacturing to report directly to the COO and play a central role in shaping how the company scales — footprint, processes, and people.

This role is for a visible, collaborative manufacturing leader who can speak up, align stakeholders, and build teams that execute with discipline in a fast-moving environment.

• Define and execute mid- and long-term manufacturing strategy and capacity planning
• Lead manufacturing footprint expansion, including fabrication and assembly sites
• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Product, and Finance
• Build and develop a scaling manufacturing organization with strong processes and governance
• Own Manufacturing OPEX and CAPEX
• Influence enterprise strategy with a strong manufacturing point of view

• Senior manufacturing leader (Director / Senior Director level)
• 15–20+ years in manufacturing with people and plant leadership
• Experience delivering greenfield or major expansion projects
• Strong financial and operational discipline
• Known as a clear communicator and effective team builder
• Comfortable in high-growth, evolving environments
