Night Shift – Start time 3:00pm

Candidate may be required to train on 1st Shift for an extended period of time depending on previous experience.

An individual that can troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on machinery safely by following company policy.

Able to work a flexible schedule.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Performing highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot and repair of production machines.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Detect faulty operations or defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

Skills You Bring:

• Minimum 1-2 years industrial maintenance/electrical plant experience
• Minimum high school education and/or vocational school
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to read and understand electrical schematics
• Knowledge of 480v 3 phase/270v/110v/24vdc
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Able to use Multimeter efficiently
• Proficient at troubleshooting electrical issues
• VFD troubleshooting and programming knowledge
• Basic understanding of PLCs
• Knowledge of CNC control systems
• Knowledge of potentiometers/servos/drives/encoders
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be able to lift to 75 lbs. independently
• Must be able to work overtime with flexible starting times
• Must be able to work 1-2 weekends a month
• Regular and predictable attendance
