Verify all batching equipment meets the sanitary condition directed by the MEC requirements;
Confirm staged ingredients against batch sheets;
Document all ingredient weights and temperatures on formula batch sheet;
Certify all ingredients meet specification such as expiration dates, lot codes, and correct ingredient;
Responsible for weighing, measuring, and mixing of ingredients to requirements
