Mechanical Assembly Professional – Join Our Team
As an assembler, you will engage in complex assembly tasks, requiring advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. You will be responsible for interpreting detailed blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting assembly processes, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Pay: $20-23 per hour Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime required on Fridays and Saturdays. Responsibilities- Execute complex assembly tasks, including advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure correct assembly.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues in assembly processes.
- Coach and train junior assemblers, providing guidance on techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure team adherence to all safety and regulatory compliance standards.
- Continuously review and recommend improvements to assembly processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other departments to resolve design or manufacturing issues.
- Perform final quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain inventory of parts and materials required for assembly.
- Assist with setup, calibration, and operation of automated or semi-automated equipment.
- Follow lean manufacturing guidelines and provide continuous improvement suggestions.
- Experience in assembly or manufacturing roles (2–5 years), with leadership or team supervision experience.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting complex technical documents, including engineering drawings and schematics.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and mentor junior team members.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines without compromising quality.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with assembly lines, mechanical assembly, and hand tools.
- Ability to use schematics to assemble parts consistently.
- Understanding of production and general assembly processes.

Work EnvironmentThe facility is air‑conditioned and located in Mesa, Arizona. You will work in a modern setting equipped with electric charging stations and advanced manufacturing technology. The role requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Personal Protective Equipment will be required.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
