Production Lead

Our ASI Production Lead plays a key role in driving daily production success by partnering closely with the ASI Production Supervisor. This role helps lead and motivate the team while ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6am-2pm

• Create and maintain SOP's and lead ASI Production Operators on equipment
• Follow all safety rules and regulations, wear proper PPE equipment and maintain a clean work area
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers
• Work in a production environment with potentially hazardous materials
• Set up, operate, and maintain ASI equipment
• Assist ASI Production Supervisor with training and SOPs
• Work with ASI Production Supervisor to maintain production board and delegate work
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Meet production output requirements and maintain high quality work
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

• Minimum of 2 years experience with production equipment and desire to lead/train employees, and/or previous experience leading a team is required.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to twist, squat, reach above shoulder level, and crouch on a frequent basis
