• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and cutting tools
• Proven success in technical sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approximately 10% overnight)

• Experience in the manufacturing industry with a focus on tooling solutions
• Familiarity with CRM tools for sales pipeline management
• Previous experience in a similar sales role within the manufacturing sector
