We are seeking a bilingual Production Coordinator (Korean-English) to support daily manufacturing operations and ensure on-time delivery. This role will coordinate production schedules, monitor workflow, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve material or process issues.
Responsibilities include:- Managing production schedules and inventory flow
- Coordinating with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams
- Monitoring production performance and resolving bottlenecks
- Supporting reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing Korean/English translation and cross-functional communication support
- 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal required)
