Looking for aContinuous Improvement (CI) Leader for the site. This role uses lean and six sigma knowledge of CI tools to improve manufacturing including Toyota Production Systems. This role will report to the General Manager of the facility and be responsible for leading Kaizen events.
Major Position Responsibilities- Will lead TPS across the entire site.
- Provide mentoring and leadership to all functional leaders to drive strategic goals and objectives down into the organization (alignment across departments is critical).
- 10+ years of manufacturing background.
- Automotive experience preferred.
- Technical degree preferred.
- Must have knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Problem Resolution Techniques.
- Six-sigma Training, Green Belt or LEAN Manufacturing or Toyota Production Systems experience desired.
