Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Oven Operator to join our client’s production team. In this role, you will wrap aluminum products with a wood grain film and operate the oven to bake the wood grain pattern onto the products. The ideal candidate is physically capable, attentive to detail, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards and consistent attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unwrap bundles of coated aluminum products
• Clean and inspect products for damage, scratches, or defects
• Lift products repeatedly from bundles onto the conveyor belt for bagging
• Remove bagged products from the conveyor belt and place them onto oven trolleys
• Ensure all seams, lines, and wrinkles are removed from the bag to create a tight seal for sublimation
• Load trolleys into the oven for the baking process
• Remove bags from sublimated products after baking
• Remove finished products from trolleys and stack them onto carts for packing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist in other departments as needed

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and handle products repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to support other departments when required
• Reliable transportation and strict adherence to attendance policies

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced manufacturing/production setting
• Physical role requiring repetitive lifting and standing

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
