Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for digital production? Avery Dennison is seeking a Print Production Operator to manage high-volume laser printing and data staging. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of print jobs—from initial data manipulation to final staging—ensuring our customers receive high-quality products on strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management: Initiate and monitor complex laser printing jobs. Stage printed materials efficiently to ensure a smooth transition through the production floor.
Data & System Integrity: Perform data manipulation on the network and use ERP systems to log time, materials, and job status. Maintain organized digital and physical logbooks.
Quality & Efficiency: Conduct regular sampling and checks to ensure all output meets quality standards. Proactively minimize waste and misuse of raw materials.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify equipment issues and coordinate with service technicians for maintenance. Alert supervisors to any data delays to ensure proactive customer communication.
Collaborative Execution: Work closely with Facility Managers and Production Leads to handle special files, emergency changes, and daily schedules.
QualificationsCompetencies for Success:
Deliver Results: A track record of meeting delivery deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Display Agility: Ability to juggle multiple tasks on several printers simultaneously and adapt to changing schedules.
Digital Fluency: Comfortable navigating computer networks, ERP systems, and specialized printing software.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Physical: Ability to stand for the majority of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and distinguish colors and fine details (close vision).
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). Must be flexible to work overtime or other shifts as needed.
Pay: $18/hr
