Post Harvest Technician

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Flow Distribution is hiring Post Harvest Technicians for an immediate start to support cannabis production from harvest through distribution. This role is hands‑on and plays a key part in preparing high‑quality product for final packaging.

This is a fast‑paced, detail‑driven position involving repetitive tasks and production‑based work. It’s a great fit for individuals who enjoy staying busy, working with their hands, and being part of a team environment.

• Trim and manicure cannabis flower to meet quality standards
• Buck, destem, and prepare plants for processing
• Assist with hanging plants and handling drying racks
• Track basic production details and maintain consistency across batches
• Meet daily and weekly production goals
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and shared areas
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements at all times

• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Active Facility Agent Card holder (preferred)
• Ability to perform repetitive, hands‑on tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction
• Previous trimming, manufacturing, or labor experience (preferred)
