Material Handler, Operations Engineer
Hot Foot Recruiters has partnered with a well-established Logistics and Engineering company that is in need of a class of AMHS Material Handlers. This is a direct hire opportunity. As a Material Handler, you will ensure the timely delivery of materials. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person trainings, meetings to further ensure teamwork, and physical movement of all incoming manufactured inventory and non-inventory items.

Client Site (Start at North Phoenix Site; might be switched to Chandler Site)
Training: 2 weeks of mandatory Computer-Based Training at the Client's training center before servicing the client on-site.
Schedule:
Must be okay with the training and the North Phoenix schedule, and open to switching to the Intel schedule if we were to switch sites in the future.
- Training Period:
Monday - Friday 8A-5P (for the first two weeks) - North Phoenix Site
Schedule:
7A-7P Sun-Tue OR Thur-Sat (rotating Wednesday) – 12-hour shift (3/4/3 schedule). - Chandler Site
Schedule:
3 days on / 3 days off (12-hour shifts)
- Track inventory through SAP and other ERP systems.
- Support mechanical installers with material and equipment needs.
- Move materials within the cleanroom and staging areas.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of material storage areas.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment when required.
- Work collaboratively with MI teams and site coordinators.
- Follow strict cleanroom contamination control protocols.
- Adhere to all safety standards and PPE requirements.
- 1+ years of logistics, warehouse, or cleanroom experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Cleanroom or military experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working in PPE (bunny suit) for approximately 95% of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry comfort.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel familiarity preferred).
- Strong punctuality and attendance record required.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Lift up to 45 lbs (heavier items with equipment assistance).
- Flexibility to cover shifts when needed.
- Walk up to 1 mile or more per shift.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation required.
