The Estimator evaluates vehicle damage, prepares accurate repair estimates, communicates with customers and insurance companies, coordinates parts and repair planning, and helps ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded throughout the repair process. - Examine damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage
- Prepare repair estimates using CCC
- Determine whether damaged parts should be repaired or replaced
