Overview
Precision Operations:
This role focuses on operating and maintaining a robotic transport system that moves chips through the factory. The position is a paid training role with a fast‑track path to permanent employment after successful performance for 6 to 8 months.

Start Date:
June 8 - Worksite: 5088 W Innovation Circle, Phoenix, AZ 85083 (reliable transportation required).
- Learn to Run High‑Tech Robots:
Complete one month of classroom training and become proficient at supporting the robotic highway that moves our products. - Fix Technical Problems:
Identify and resolve hardware issues to bring machines back online as quickly as possible. - Build Technical
Skills:
Work with advanced engineering guides to maintain factory operations and continually improve robot performance.
- Hands‑on Repair:
Skilled with tools and able to fix mechanical problems quickly and accurately. - Computer Literacy:
Fast, accurate typing and proficiency with Excel for data logging. - Strict Process Adherence:
Follow written instructions (SOPs) exactly each time without skipping steps.
The 45‑minute assessment includes the following sections:
- Basic Math (calculator permitted)
- Typing Speed (minimum 35 words per minute)
- Excel Proficiency (data manipulation and formula testing)
- Critical Thinking (logical problem solving)
- Virtual Interview (recorded responses to background and situational questions)
Successful candidates must also complete a comprehensive background check and drug screen to receive an offer.
Shifts & CompensationShift: First;
Work hours:
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM;
Salary: $21 – $21.01 per hour;
Education required:
High School.
- Work in a smoke‑free environment.
- Manual lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Stand for up to 12 hours at one time.
