Equipment Technician

Acara Solutions is looking to hire Equipment Technicians in north Phoenix, AZ (85083) for our partner specializing in Semiconductor manufacturing. This is a temp to hire position with paid training.

$21/hr plus 15% differential for night shift (base $21/hr for entry level).

The first 1-2 weeks will be paid training M-F, 9am-6pm, then move to a 12‑hour shift on days or nights (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am). Production work shifts after training are on 12‑hour shifts on day or night, 3‑4 days per week.

Please ensure you're able to do both the training schedule and production schedule after training before applying.

• Work in clean room environment multitasking with tracking systems to monitor semiconductor manufacturing of wafers, wear PPE suit, assist with parts replacement weighing 20‑100 lbs.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities on state‑of‑the‑art 300mm semiconductor equipment in clean room environment.
• Perform visual inspections (quality check) post PM.
• Respond to error messages of factory systems and/or equipment.
• Review Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts for process quality and conduct defect troubleshooting.
• Sustain and improve spare parts management system and be responsible for full life‑cycle of spare parts.

Required Skills /

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or GED.
• Fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Typing skills of at least 35 wpm.
