Solderer Assembler
The Electronic Assembler is responsible for performing highly detailed assembly, soldering, and inspection work on small electronic components and subassemblies. This role requires exceptional precision, steady hands, and the ability to interpret technical documentation such as drawings, schematics, work instructions, and specification sheets. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with miniature tools, performing repetitive fine‑motor tasks, and ensuring all assemblies meet strict quality and performance standards.
Responsibilities- Perform detailed assembly and soldering of electronic components and subassemblies.
- Interpret and work from technical documentation such as drawings, schematics, and specification sheets.
- Ensure all assemblies meet strict quality and performance standards.
- Utilize tools such as tweezers, fine screwdrivers, and soldering irons.
- Use visual aids such as scopes and magnifying tools during soldering and visual inspection.
- Proficiency in soldering and electronic assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
- Manual dexterity for assembling devices.
- Prior experience with small scale soldering.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of soldering experience (IPC experience is a plus).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience with applying insulation and connecting wiring.
- Experience with both small and large volume production of electronic components.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
