Mercury Systems Inc. is seeking a self‑motivated Machine Operator to operate Selective Solder, Press Fit and Depanel machines. Candidates must have the ability to:

• Start up, operate, and maintain selective solder, press fit and depanel machines
• Perform prep and manual insertion of through hole components
• Masking of PCB assemblies
• Identify electronic components
• Read and understand assembly drawings
• Comprehend and perform duties in accordance with ICP 610 and J-STD 001 standards

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Required experience 2–3 years of machine operation experience
• Follow all PPE, safety, and environmental compliance procedures
• Requires intermediate computer skills
• Must be able to manually lift up to 30 pounds
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work overtime as necessary
• Safe and accurate machine operation with minimal supervision

• Certification in soldering, preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, problem solving techniques, and accuracy are essential
• Must be able to distinguish colors, fine circuit detail, and tones
• Must be able to communicate well and function in a team environment
