Manufacturing Production Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Manufacturing / Fabrication Personnel to join our production team.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into finished components and products using a variety of machinery, hand tools, and technical specifications.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication & Assembly: Cut, shape, and join materials (metal) according to blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings.
• Machine Operation: Set up and operate industrial equipment such as saws, grinders, drill presses, and CNC machinery.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for precision and quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and company-specific safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure production schedules and shipping deadlines are met.

Key Functions

Criminal Background: Must have a clean criminal background

Drug Screen: Must pass a drug screen. (Random screens are administered after hiring)

Work Shift: Second Shift-2pm to 10:30pm

Environment: Workspace is a covered outdoor environment. Work / tasks are labor intensive.
