• Read and understand production tickets
• Set up and run machines to job specifications
• Perform routine maintenance at recommended intervals
• Identify and troubleshoot problems
• Assure quality of finished product
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Work with all departments throughout Prisma
• Keep workspace clean and organized
• Demonstrate good problem‑solving skills
• Maintain a good attendance record
• Develop and maintain business relationships with coworkers
• Provide input on forming best practices
• Help build a stronger company every day
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1-3 years in production field related to stitching/finishing in commercial printing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical skills
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel and crouch
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Well organized and self‑starter
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and proven multi‑tasker
• Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and reliability
• Sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy
