Your Impact
As a Manufacturing Operations Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating daily production activities, supporting operators, and ensuring products are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. You'll help drive production performance by monitoring critical processes, supporting validation activities, and partnering cross-functionally to resolve manufacturing challenges. * p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Provide day-to-day oversight, coordination, and planning for manufacturing operations to ensure production plans are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Direct and support operators through critical manufacturing processes, including monitoring process performance, quality control, yields, and reject data.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Perform, monitor, and document critical processes and routine validation protocols in accordance with established procedures.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Serve as a liaison between operators and Manufacturing management, escalating issues related to personnel, safety, procedures, materials, equipment, automation, utilities, or systems as needed.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Assist supervisors/managers with resource planning, scheduling, and execution of production plans within the designated production area.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Inspect operator work and maintain accurate documentation related to production output, yields, rejects, and other required records.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including PPE requirements, ISO, OSHA, safety procedures, and internal quality systems.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Partner with cross-functional teams such as Production, Engineering, Quality, and R&D to resolve issues related to equipment, manufacturing systems, product quality, and process improvements.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Support the transition of new products into manufacturing and recommend improvements to processes, equipment performance, product quality, and production efficiency.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Act as a team lead in the absence of the Manufacturing Sr. Associate and support team motivation, coaching, and performance feedback for Operators in levels 1-3.
What You Bring
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"High school diploma or equivalent years of work experience.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or a related environment, with demonstrated ability to coordinate work and support production teams.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Working knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, equipment operation, and techniques for maximizing manufacturing efficiency.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Ability to monitor equipment, identify performance issues, evaluate processes, and recommend actions to improve safety, quality, output, or efficiency.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with operators, peers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members while supporting a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment where pace may be determined by equipment speed.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day and regularly lift, carry, and move packages and materials up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
* p]:inline" data-stream down="list-item"Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, which may include safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats.
