Forklift Operator​/Material Handler

Forms+Surfaces is looking for a Material Handler to join our team!

As a Forklift Operator/Material Handler, you support the manufacturing team by safely operating a forklift to load, unload, and move materials in and/or out of the warehouse locations, perform inventory counts as required, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Operate forklift to pick, pull, load, unload, and move material in/out of warehouse.

* Adheres to procedures required for material documents and shipping and receiving documents.

* Clearly label all products using RFIDS.

* Use scanner to identify/select product.

* Receives product, performs inventory control and related duties.

* Use tools and be responsible for their accountability.

* Update computer generated inventories and documents as necessary.

* Ensure a safe environment by keeping a clean and organized work environment.

* Work 10-12 hour shifts and/or Saturday availability.

* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Forklift experience required

* Willing to be a part of a rotation/training shift

* Able to work OT as needed

* Basic computer skills

* Must be able to stand for long periods of time

* Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

* Must be able to bend, stand reach, pull, lift and carry items in the warehouse

* Must be able to work in hot/cold weather environment

* Maintain an excellent attendance record
