Subcontractor Bonus Program

$1,000 after 14 days with perfect attendance
$1,000 after 60 days

This role involves assembling, repairing, and fabricating metal parts using mechanical equipment. Responsibilities include assembling parts into subassemblies or complete units and interpreting blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances of the finished product.
Qualifications and

Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required
0-2 years of experience in the field preferred
May be required to obtain specific certifications
Working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field

Work Environment and Supervision:

Performs work based on instructions and established guidelines
Works under immediate supervision
Position does not typically require independent judgment
Reports directly to a supervisor or manager

Special Considerations:

Lifting requirements generally range from 10 to 15 pounds with minimal repetition
Minimal exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical hazards
