We are seeking a hands‑on Trainer to support technician development and daily floor execution. This is a working trainer role that partners closely with Operations leadership to ensure employees are fully trained, processes are followed, and production goals are met.

The Trainer is responsible for onboarding, certifying, and upskilling technicians while actively supporting production operations on the floor. This role ensures employees are capable of performing cleaning, coating, and related service processes safely, consistently, and to quality standards
. This position functions as a floor‑based leader and technical resource
, reinforcing standard work, coaching employees in real‑time, and helping maintain throughput, quality, and compliance in a high‑precision semiconductor services environment.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Workforce Development
  • Lead new hire onboarding, certification, and qualification for technician roles.
  • Develop and execute structured training programs, skill matrices, and cross‑training plans
    .
  • Deliver hands‑on training in cleaning, processing, inspection, and handling procedures.
  • Evaluate employee competency and provide real‑time coaching and performance feedback
    .
  • Drive upskilling initiatives to improve workforce flexibility and career progression.
  • Partner with Supervisors to identify training gaps and workforce development needs
    .
  • Support daily production as a hands‑on contributor (cleaning, processing, inspection, packaging).
  • Reinforce standard work, process discipline, and best practices on the floor.
  • Assist Supervisors with workflow coordination, issue resolution, and throughput execution
    .
  • Step in during bottlenecks or staffing gaps to ensure on‑time delivery
    .
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for technicians during shift operations.
Quality, Safety & Process Adherence
  • Ensure compliance with ultra‑clean handling standards and contamination control protocols
    .
  • Reinforce adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and process specifications
    .
  • Support safety initiatives
    , including PPE usage, chemical handling, and incident reporting.
  • Conduct floor observations and audits to ensure quality and operational compliance
    .
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations.
Training Administration & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and employee qualifications
    .
  • Track training progress and provide reporting on readiness and effectiveness
    .
  • Support updates to SOPs, training materials, and work instructions
    .
  • Ensure documentation aligns with customer and internal quality requirements
    .
  • Identify opportunities to improve training processes, technician performance, and operational execution
    .
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to close process and knowledge gaps
    .
  • Promote a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
    .
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong hands‑on training and coaching skills in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Ability to work as a floor leader
