You have previous saw operator and metal extrusion experience. You can use and read a tape measure and can take accurate measurements. You can program the saw entering exact measurements, correct finish, and type of material.

• Cut architectural aluminum to precise measurements taken from work orders.
• Program the saw by entering exact measurements, correct finish, and type of material.
• Set up the saw by installing and adjusting tools & attachments.
• Verify settings by measuring material before and after cutting.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Document actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• One year of previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility is preferred.
• Prior extrusion or saw operating experience.
• Must be able to lift 75lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to lift up to 150lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to communicate as a member of a team.
• Must be able to follow instruction.
• Strong mathematical background is preferred.
